An acknowledgment by the Pakistani authorities that 28 year old Hamid Nehal Ansari was in Pakistan and that he was initially detained by Kohat Development Agency Police, Kohat in Pakistan. This was confirmed by a representative of the Kohat Development Agency Police during a hearing on Tuesday 8th of September 2014 in the Pershawar High Court in which the Police confirmed that Indian national, Hamid Nehal Ansari was removed from their custody by the Pakistani intelligence agencies for interrogation:
